Role Overview:

We currently have a contract opportunity here at our Head Office in Leicester to provide administrative support for the Retail Operations and Customer Experience Teams and the retail business through the provision of ancillary services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Booking of colleague travel and accommodation for supplier training and internal Aurum events
  • Provision of white goods, customer refreshments and noticeboard contents to stores on request
  • Provide administrative support for the wider Retail Operations team as required
  • Process requests for Cost Staff Purchases

Essential skills and Experience:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to achieve deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and Word
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work at pace and under pressure
  • Customer focused
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude  
  • Displays drive and determination to complete tasks

Desirable skills and Experience

  • Experience of working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience of working in an administrative role

Personal Qualities:

  • Ability to work independently under own initiative
