Deputy/Assistant Manager
Our Deputy/Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the Store Manager in maximising the profitability of the store through:
- Maximising sales
- Minimising costs
- Operating efficiently
- Leading and managing the team in the Manager's absence
- Contributing to achieving the company's goals and objectives
- Implementing our standards to maintain and promote the company image, brand and service proposition in line with our philosophy and standards
