Salary
We offer a highly competitive starting salary and an attractive bonus scheme for all our staff.
Holidays
Your full holiday entitlement will start with at least 28 days rising to a maximum of 35 days after long service (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata for Part Time employees).
Pension Scheme
If you are over 18 you are invited to join our pension plan after your first years service.
Life Assurance
Upon joining Aurum you automatically qualify for life assurance cover equivalent to 1 times your annual salary. Should you join our group pension plan then this will increase to 5 times your annual salary.

Training
All employees are thoroughly inducted upon joining our company. Store based employees will be encouraged and coached through our GEM programme, to learn all about our jewellery products. We will guide you from our Graduate certificate, through Expert to our Master Certificate. You will then have the opportunity to study towards Jet 1 and 2 certificates. We will also organise individual supplier training that focuses on specific products within your store.
Career Development
You will have regular performance reviews with your Line Manager and an annual appraisal to recognise your performance and to identify training and development areas. Aurum are keen to develop our staff and are fully committed to internal promotions and career progression.
Long Service Awards
We are committed to building long term careers for our staff and are thrilled to be able to recognise our long serving employees with Long Service Awards after 10, 15, 20 and 25 years service.
