Our Training
Following on from your induction to the Company there are plenty of opportunities to develop within Aurum.
Within the Stores you will work your way through the Goldsmiths Education Modules whichever Brand you are involved with. These modules cover the history of the Company, an introduction to products as well as systems and procedures. Once you have the foundations in place by way of the Graduate and Expert Modules there will be an opportunity to focus on your own personal development by way of the Master Modules.
In addition it may be possible for you to obtain a Jewellery Diploma by undergoing the National Association of Goldsmiths Jewellery Education Training (JET 1 & 2).
Development can continue with a range of courses from a 2 day sales training course which we call The Aurum Buying Experience to a Management Induction programme and other management skills courses.
We have dedicated Regional Trainers who are field based and work within the Stores to support individual's ongoing training and development and make recommendations for further learning. All Store staff in a management role will have an individual tailor made training plan put together to suit their needs and the Regional Trainers are always on hand to support.
If you join us in Aurum House the opportunities are varied, from Management Development to further education qualifications to suit your particular role whether that be in Finance, Marketing, HR or any of the supporting functions. For our Warehousing & Logistics Teams there are NVQs on offer in Customer Service, Team Leading or Business Administration.
